Giuseppe SANTISI
Giuseppe Santisi PhD (1963) is Associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology. From December 2010 until April 2017, Chief of the Centre of Documentation and Studies on Organizations and Local Systems (CEDOC) of the University of Catania. He is member of the Italian Psychology Association (AIP), Italian Society for Guidance (SIO). He is the Coordinator of Psychology Section. From November 2018 he is Coordinator of the Degree Course in Psychology. He is currently President of Cinap and Rector's Delegate for Disability Services and DSA.

Research areas concern innovations in organizational behavior, human resources development, organizational well-being, economic and consumer psychology. In all these areas the research has been centered on the psychological factors that interact with the organizational factors.
