PSYCHOLOGY TRAINING AND GUIDANCE WITH LABORATORY METHODS

The aim of the course is to provide students with the basic concepts related to the psychology of training and guidance. Particular attention will be given to methodological aspects and applications of the process of vocational guidance and the most appropriate tools to use. Will also be highlighted the importance of learning of skills and training organization.

The program will follow these points: 1) vocational guidance, referring specifically to the personality professional working in the fields, the construction of the career and social cognitive career; 2) understanding and training in organizations with particular regard learning and improving skills, the training process and the analysis of needs and learning and organizational training; 3) analysis and use of the main instruments related to career guidance.

Laboratory: on the basis of material and case studies suggested by the teacher, days of in-depth study of the topics covered in class will be carried out with practical exercises.
