- destination managers with specific skills in selecting appropriate promotional strategies and relaunching a region's tourism, including all aspects of incoming tourism;

- management and organization of cultural events in the cultural and naturalistic sectors and in hospitality services for cultural and environmental heritage, with particular emphasis on the development of promotion and communication protocols;
- central and decentralized government institutions in the sectors of tourism, culture, cultural and environmental heritage, and local sustainable development;
- professional consultancy for local authorities and administrations and hospitality industry companies for the cultural promotion of the region and its artistic, environmental, literary, and food and wine heritage.

Sustainable Tourism Promoter/ Promotore del turismo sostenibile
Function in a work context
:
The graduated, working in a business context (both public and private), following a brief period of mentoring and understanding of the specific context, encourages the tourism organization to evolve towards sustainability. This role assesses the impact of tourism development on the local heritage and the traditional dynamics of the resident community, designs diversified packages based on the type of clientele and the characteristics of the location, and plans sustainable development interventions to enhance and protect the area using a systemic approach.
Skills associated with the role:
- Knowledge of the principles, regulations, trends, associations, experiences, and other relevant aspects of sustainability;
- Knowledge of the naturalistic, historical, and cultural characteristics of the area;
- Knowledge of tourism market trends;
- Economic skills;
- Basic legal skills.

- accompanying individuals or groups in natural environments, also providing the necessary technical assistance and carrying out environmental courses, education, interpretation, and dissemination activities, and sustainability education;
- planning cultural and naturalistic itineraries and creating products and services related to their use and promotion;
- describing, explaining, and illustrating the environmental, naturalistic, anthropological, and cultural aspects of the area with scientific and cultural connotations; - designing, planning, and conducting workshops and initiatives for environmental courses, education, interpretation, and dissemination, including working alongside Professors in schools.
