Learning Objectives

The course aims to increase a student knowledge on the main variables involved in the learning processes, in particular in the scholastic learning . Moreover, it aims to increase knowledge on academic assessment, learning disabilities and special education.


Detailed Course Content

Learning and memory, attention, reading, writing, calculation, from learning to knowledge, specific learning disorders, school readiness, learning difficulties, cognitive styles and learning styles, motivation, the role of the socio-emotional variables on scholastic learning, scholastic learning in children affected by intellectual disability, autism and attention disorders, scholastic assessment
