Aims:

The course is designed to provide students with fundamental knowledge concerning: 1) the dynamics of social groups and psychological groups, particularly; 2) issues related to the use of the basic tools of psychosocial research; 3)the social and scientific relevance of the Action Research.The groups in the sense macro and micro: epistemological problems and application outcomes. The characteristics and the significance of the sociological micro-group. The small psychological-group: the becoming, quality of leadership and its usefulness in educational contexts and in the management / construction of human resources.

Contents:

The dynamics of small psychological groups and its usefulness to the creativity and social building of intelligence: the socio-cognitive conflict. The small group in the training activity: "Know How to Be/ Know How to do". The basic tools of research-intervention and the epistemological relevance of issues: "Know How to be/ Know How to do". The tools and the dynamics of construction/take data. The relationship between tools, the research objectives and the characteristics of application contexts.
