Expected Learning Outcomes

Through the laboratory activities, students are expected to:

- Develop autonomy in applying educational methodologies and strategies by designing and planning activities related to intercultural educational practices;

- Be able to relate their knowledge and skills to different types of historical and cultural sources and materials;

- Be able to collaboratively discuss the strengths and limitations of their personal ideas and contributions;

- Practice forms of professional reflection in educational-didactic contexts for peaceful coexistence, in order to cultivate a culturally advanced and critical, flexible, and dynamic vision of their professional profile

Course Structure

The laboratory activities will be conducted by prioritizing active learning methods, through collaborative activities in small groups.

Required Prerequisites

In order to acquire essential knowledge for understanding early childhood educational practices and to have adequate theoretical and methodological references, the study of the contents of the General Pedagogy course is indispensable

Attendance of Lessons

Attendance is mandatory. It will not be possible to take the exam for the course without first completing the laboratory with a satisfactory evaluation.

Detailed Course Content

The laboratory aims to explore, within early childhood contexts, approaches and best practices for intercultural pedagogical planning
