NEUROLOGIA DELLO SVILUPPO CON LABORATORIO DI PROGETTAZIONE E PRATICA ASSISTENZIALE PER I DISTURBI DEL NEURO-SVILUPPOModule LABORATORIO DI PROGETTAZIONE E PRATICA ASSISTENZIALE PER I DISTURBI DEL NEURO-SVILUPPO
Academic Year 2024/2025 - Teacher: Agata Rita Maria POLIZZIExpected Learning Outcomes
Knowing how to interpret and manage the main diseases of the child in educational contexts
Knowing how to monitor and evaluate the different trajectories of the child's development (motor, language, sensory, relational and behavioral) and growth, knowing how to grasp the differences between typical and atypical development of the child, complex clinical pictures and anomalous behaviors reactive to the context of life
Promote effective integration between educational, social, cultural and pediatric-health services.
Course Structure
Lectures at one of the departmental offices. The lectures make use of the support of slides with texts, tables, images and videos aimed at explaining pediatric physiology and pathology.
The teaching activities will be conducted by favoring active learning methods, alternating frontal lessons with collaborative laboratory activities that will be carried out in groups, exercises and formative assessment activities.
Professionals from the world of social health services may be involved.

Learning Assessment
Learning Assessment Procedures
Of note, it is pointed out that only after having attended the laboratory and taken the relative evaluation test, the student can access to the exam session of the subject in question, of which the laboratory is an integral part. The final evaluation of the profit of the integrated course is unique and is recorded by the teachers of the teaching commission at the same time as the registration of the exam.
