Learning Objectives

The aims of the discipline are:

to acquire the specific language of the discipline;

to recognize some elements of diachronic development of adult education;

to identify today's epistemological references;

to identify the main research topics;

to identify contexts of action for adult education;

to recognize international guidelines for adult education.


Course Structure

The course is organised into lectures (about 40% of classroom hours) and classroom work (60%). Students will be asked to re-elaborate the contents of the lessons, work in small groups, present the work done in the classroom at home.

It is possible to participate in a University Laboratory entitled "The Landscapes of the Mafias" and at the Italian school for foreigners of the Community of S. Egidio. The activity performed will be credited.
